Why must I go hard for By The Hem Of The Garment

Making $20 may seem great, but being realistic why is it taking me one hr to make $20 when in all actuality I just managed one of the multiple stores of a billion dollar cooperation AND made sure that the store ran productively while we made $1200 if not more in that SAME HR yet alone going over my paperwork made $8000 minimum in a 8hr shift… yet alone Uncle Sam still get his cut out of that $20… the math aint mathing
