Strikeline’s Grand Opening 1RM Competition is going down Saturday, September 12.

Squat. Bench press. Deadlift.

Choose one, two, or all three lifts. You’ll receive three attempts for every lift you enter. The bar moves upward auction-style, so pick your weight and step up when it’s called.

• $20 registration
• Check in no later than 1:00 PM
• Cash prizes by division
• 46 Robert Smalls Parkway, Beaufort

And the competition is only part of Grand Opening Weekend:

Thursday: Ribbon cutting, open gym, and pop-up vendors
Friday: 9/11 memorial hike and dog walk honoring firefighters and rescue dogs. Dogs are welcome.
Saturday: One Rep Max Competition
Sunday: Open gym and pop-up vendors
