Big events this weekend! Join us for a fun weekend of Sealed events!
Friday We are doing a sealed hate draft event at 7:00PM for magic where the goal is to build the worst deck possible for an opponent to play. Entry fee is three packs of your choice. https://melee.gg/Tournament/View/447712

Saturday we have a back to back double hitter. At 1:00PM we will be doing an Ascended Heroes Ditto Draft. Entry fee is $40

At 5:00PM We are hosting a sealed Palworld release tournament. Entry Fee is $50 and players will be given a booster box to build their deck along with special promos and other prizing.

We have some major updates coming to our arcade!
Tired of broken Light Guns? So are we! We are upgrading to a premium cabinet!
Coming next week at Family Game Knight we will be adding Buck Hunter Reloaded to our lineup of arcade machines Next week. Featuring 6 different premium games. Buck Hunter, Terminator, Monsters Lost Island, Duck Dynasty, In case of Zombies, and The Walking Dead. Over 30 different mini games included also! The best part is that the machine will be included in our $5 all day play. No need for quarters to play any of our Machines.

Coming in the Fall we will also be receiving the new arcade1up Sonic Arcade Machine!
Featuring Sonic, Sonic 2, Sonic 3D Blast & Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine. The exact Date of this arriving is not known yet, but we will update you once we know.

We have removed our pinball machines from the floor to make some upgrades. We are installing new screens, animated back drops, and once we have them back on the floor you will have access to over 50 different licensed tables from Zen Pinball including properties like Jurrasic Park, Star Wars, Jaws, The Princess Bride, Kung Fu Panda, Marvel, and many more! Our ETA on these upgrades are Late 2026 or early 2027 as wen have to wait until the correct boards we need are restocked.

We have scheduled our next few Ditto Draft events here at Family Game Knight. Make sure to register to secure your spot as space is limited and getting either of these sets for these prices is going to be a difficult task.

Pal World TCG Releases Thursday July 30th. We will have plenty of product available here at Family Game Knight. We will also be Launching weekly play for the game starting on Saturday August 1st at 5:00PM. You can reserve your spot here : https://melee.gg/Tournament/View/447751 There are only 36 spots available so make sure to register to secure your spot. Each Player will receive a 12 pack booster box to construct their deck along with a promo pack and additional prize support. Entry Fee is $50 for this event.
Additional Booster Boxes will be available for sale for $65 and individual packs are $6 each.
As people adjust into this new TCG we will also host a starter deck tournament on Saturday August 8th. No entry Fee as long as you have purchased one of the available starter decks. Everyone will also be guaranteed one pack for playing.

Next Friday we will be running a unique format for Friday night magic. We will be doing a hate draft. Players will be drafting as normal but the twist is you are trying to construct the worst possible deck with no side boards. Once your deck is constructed it will be given to a random opponent for them to play. No lands will be added until the decks are distributed to players, there can be no more than three colors in a deck. Entry Fee for this event is buying three packs of your choice. The event will start at 7:00PM on Friday July 31st.

How would you guys feel if we started carrying videogames in store? Not PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo, but more niche consoles no one else has, like Evercade, PlayDate, and The Board 👀
We have been reaching out to these companies and are currently talking to see what we can work out but wanted to gage interest to see how many of our customers would be interested in these. We have all of these consoles in store so feel free to come by anytime to play them.
The evercade consoles come in multiple versions including handheld, take physical cartridges, and even have full color manuals just like the good old days
The Board is a virtual board game table that uses physical pieces to play their growing library of games.
Playdate is an indie handheld console with an endless amount of unique games many of which implement their crank on the side of the console.
