We know there are a lot of people in our community who would love to participate in an event like Glade Gaming Getaway but are facing financial limitations which may be holding them back. We created this program to give a few of those individuals a chance to experience a weekend of fun and excitement without worrying about how they’re going to pay for it.
Thanks to generous support from our friends at Active Southern West Virginia, we are setting aside 8 Weekend Badges and 8 tickets to the Fantasy Murder Mystery Dinner for deserving individuals who would love to attend the event but may not have the means to do so otherwise.
The Glade Gaming Getaway Community Assist Program encourages community members to nominate someone they believe is deserving of this unique opportunity to participate in the Glade Gaming Getaway weekend, scheduled to take place Friday, October 27th to Sunday, October 29th at The Resort at Glade Springs.
Selected individuals will be given a ticket to the exciting Fantasy Murder Mystery Dinner and have the chance to immerse themselves in the world of gaming and entertainment with Weekend Badges granting access to a wide range of activities and events for both adults and families, including:
Vendor Halls, Gaming, Trivia Show, Comedy Show, Halloween Party, BEX Silent Disco, Dragon’s Treasure Hunt, Kids’ Trunk or Treat, Ghost Story Open Mic, Midnight Movies, Art Show, and more!
Nominations for deserving individuals are now open and can be submitted through the Glade Gaming Getaway website at GladeGamingGetaway.com/assist
The deadline for nominations is October 17th.
