JOB ALERT! Marketing Associate/Sales Representative

Banana Sign Inc is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate/Sales Representative to contribute to the growth of our business. The position is based in Bedford IL (near Midway Airport).

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:30 to 5:15 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a strategic plan for sales online and offline
Strong team leadership skills are a necessity
Help build a high performing sales team
Experience with branding of a company
Be able to develop business through referrals and use of existing network of clients
Relationship building skills in order to develop sales accounts with distributors/vendors
Must be a good note-taker and be able to handle responsibilities in a consistent manner
Must be a strong leader with ability to delegate responsibilities to others
Good listening skills are essential
Analytical and creative problem solver
Ability to learn new software, reporting tools and processes quickly
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication in Spanish (preferred)
Have a desire to grow in a fast moving and fast growing company

JOB TYPE: Full-time

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1 year or more of experience. Experience may not be substituted with education.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 1 year minimum
