We’re returning to our regular Glazey hours! 🍶✨

After trying a different schedule for the summer, we’ve decided that our original hours work best for the studio and our customers.

Beginning August 13, Glazey Studios will be open:

🕙 Thursday: 10 AM–8 PM
🕙 Friday: 10 AM–8 PM
🕙 Saturday: 10 AM–8 PM

These will be our regular hours moving forward, giving you plenty of time for pottery painting, classes, project pickups and creative time with us! 💛

It all begins with a simple lump of clay.

As the wheel spins, you’ll learn how to center, shape, and form clay into something completely your own. It’s challenging, rewarding, and one of the most satisfying creative experiences you can have.

Our shelves are FULL… and we mean FULL! 🍶✨

We’ve been busy stocking Glazey with lots of new bisque, so whether you’re looking for something small and simple or a larger project to dive into, there’s plenty to choose from!

Looking for something fun to do before, during, or after the July 4th parade?

We’re conveniently located on 16th Street, and the parade passes right by our buildings! Stop in to cool off, enjoy the view outside, and spend part of your holiday creating something special with family and friends.

🎨 Pottery painting is a fun activity for all ages, and no experience is needed, we’ll help you every step of the way!

💡 I’ve been tossing around an idea for a while… and I’d love to know what you think!

One of the things I love most about having BOTH Glassy and Glazey is that it opens the door to some really unique opportunities.

So here’s a concept I’ve been thinking about…

Imagine a monthly Parents’ Night Out (or Family Night Out!).

Parents could enjoy an art class at one studio while the kids are just next door enjoying their own creative activity with us.

When the kids finish their project, they could wind down with a movie while parents finish creating. Then everyone heads home together or maybe even enjoys dinner at one of our wonderful downtown restaurants afterward.

No rushing around town.
No wondering what to do with the kids.
Just an evening where everyone gets to create, have fun, and make memories.

We could even switch things up each month, sometimes the adults are at Glassy while the kids are at Glazey, and other times we flip it around!

Before I spend time developing something like this, I’d love your honest feedback.

I truly love building these studios around what our community wants, so I’d love to hear your ideas!

🍶 Don’t worry adults… we’ve been working hard behind the scenes developing several new handbuilding classes for adults.

One thing I love about clay is that there are endless possibilities, and we’re having so much fun brainstorming projects that are both creative AND functional.

Some ideas currently in the works include:

☕ Travel tumblers
🍶 And several other handbuilt pottery projects we’re excited to share soon!

We’re spending time testing projects, refining formats, and making sure these classes are fun, approachable, and worth your time.
