Summer is winding down, cool mornings and a hint of September in the air, back to school ads everywhere. Were you able to get to the "honey-do" lists of spring. we never do! Now is the time to prioritize; furnace or filters to clean or change, clean around your central air unit and clean your filters before the winter. if you have not done so, check those smoke detectors! outside painting and repairs and address any summer plants that need wintering over.

It is finally getting warmer! However, this brings a new set of issues, rodents are looking for cozy nests, like your car, your outdoor furniture and definitely your central A/C unit. You should check all around your unit, keep the weeds and grass cut and look for evidence of mice and chipmunks. As for your car, use peppermint and keep food out of it. It is an expensive fix when they chew on your electrical system. as we always say check those smoke detectors and keep the dust out especially the pollen which is everywhere. Smoke detectors save lives! Wishing our friends and customers a safe and happy summer.

Happy Spring! Uncover the yard furniture, put up the swings, the to-do list is ready, call for a burner clean out, AC service, gutter check.
