Luey and Dewey went to their forever home today with Jackson.

Remember, Randy and Robby who went home with Nick. Jackson and Nick are brothers and they both adopted a pair of brothers.

What a great bunch of siblings. Thanks to Kathy, Jackson and Nick’s mom, who helped through their adoption process.

Good evening my sweet gentle readers. It’s been a whirlwind kind of week with our little munchkins going back to school and the biggun’s off to flounder in college. May you do great and wonderful things! Our shop fairies 🧚 are at it again this week, so bright and colorful and a whole lot of lovely new items are out for your perusal so we are doing a 50% off sale on all decorative tins (excludes coupon and case) perfect little vessels for homemade sweet treats or storing hidden little treasures. Come on in before the holidays to see the beautiful antique and vintage kitchen and tableware we have that would be perfect on your thanksgiving table, shop early for better selections!

Our 🩷 Have a Heart 🩷 program is running strong and solid for low cost spay and neutering (TNR free surgery) and don’t forget we rent out humane traps for $70.00 CASH ONLY each, fully refunded when the trap is returned (this includes TNR as well). Randy and Robby found their forever home with Nick. Nick adopted Penny from VSAP a year ago. He is a repeat adopter.

I want to give Nick a big Thank You for coming back for another (2) VSAP kittens.

They will have a wonderful life. ❤️🐾❤️

Attention Shaker Hts. & Surrounding area residents!!

Valley Save-A-Pet who we work with frequently, and love so much, are looking for a volunteer to feed feral colony of cats once a week in Shaker. Volunteers are reimbursed for food. Also, if a middle or high schooler would like to feed and make it count towards their volunteer experience, I’m sure something can be worked out (there will have to be parent involvement with driving to the location). Please send me a message if you can devote about an hour a week to help out. DM me if interested.

Background: A few years ago a colony of feral kittens were discovered in a shaker location, along with some adults. Valley Save-a-Pet stepped in and got the the cats spayed and neutered at the APL and Rescue Village. Those who are more social (kittens and adults) are fostered and adopted out (about 35). Amazing VSAP volunteers have been feeding the colony and many are Shaker residents, including yours truly!!

What a wonderful day for VSAP today.

Eric and Derek (siblings) found their forever home with Scott and Meghan.

Suey and Huey (siblings) are going to live with Angela and Mike. They will have an older cat to grow up with.

Thank you so much for adopting a pair of siblings.

It is so nice and wonderful for siblings to be adopted together.

We still have 2 pair of siblings waiting for their forever homes. 🩷🐾🩷
