🖥️ How to Make a 15" × 60" UV DTF Gang Sheet

Open your design program

Canva, Photoshop, Photopea, Illustrator, or whichever program you use.

Create your canvas

Width: 15 inches
Height: 60 inches
Resolution: 300 DPI
Background: Transparent

Upload your designs

Use PNG files with transparent backgrounds.
Designs should be 300 DPI for the best quality.
Size each design
Each design should be sized to the desired finished size needed.
Arrange your designs
Place the designs on the sheet to use the space efficiently.
Leave a small amount of space between each design for cutting.
Do not overlap designs.
Stay inside the sheet
Make sure every design fits completely within the 15" × 60" area.
Nothing should go past the edges.

Export your gang sheet

Save/export as a PNG.
Keep the background transparent.

Make sure the final file remains 15" × 60" at 300 DPI.

✅ Final Checklist
[ ] 15" × 60" canvas
[ ] 300 DPI
[ ] Transparent background
[ ] PNG file
[ ] Every design is sized to the desired finished size
[ ] Designs do not overlap
[ ] Small spaces between designs for cutting
[ ] Nothing extends outside the sheet

Remember: The size of the gang sheet does NOT automatically determine the finished size of each decal. You are responsible for sizing each individual design to the size you want it printed.
