🤩GUNSHOW PAPERWORK PROCESSORS:
We are a licensed FFL dealer and are looking to add to the paperwork /front desk positions at our gunshows throughout the state of Texas. If you have any experience in the fi***rms industry that is preferable but not required. Because we travel the whole state of Texas if you have experience and do not live near our home shop but live near any of the venues we do gunshows at, we would still like to talk with you. If you are interested in a weekend only job this may work for you. So if you live near Pasadena, Ft Worth, Waxahachie, Robstown, Mcallen, Dallas, Corpus Christi and have worked for an FFL feel free to apply. Positions require being responsible for all compliance to federal, state and local laws regarding the sale of fi***rms. These jobs require absolute precision and complete attention to detail. Must be professional, able to multitask in a very fast paced environment and travel (as described below). Must have excellent customer service skills and good clerical skills because even a single mistake in an ATF background check can lead to legal issues. Must have good computer skills, must be able to follow detailed directions and be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
You will be trained by a skilled experienced team member on the complex requirements of fi***rms paperwork processing, procedures and compliance, and expected to be a part of the team. You would be responsible for having the potential buyer complete their paperwork, will verify ID’s, conduct their background check, handle all administrative and legal aspects of conducting the sale of a fi***rm before the fi***rm is turned over to the customer. We are not selling candy, we are selling fi***rms and there are never shortcuts and no room for errors.

Below is basic information about our gunshow team etc, not ALL of the below applies to PAPERWORK PROCESSING POSTIONS, but you should still have an understanding of the following.
Americana Arms is a licensed FFL based in Beeville Texas, we are the largest family owned and operated gun store around , and we are looking for motivated, super friendly, able to travel sales associates (currently hiring),
Positions require traveling with us to gun shows in(South Texas, Dallas/Ft. Worth area, Houston area etc), approximately 3 weekends per month. Our gun show team works Thursday through Sunday so overnight travel and weekends are mandatory. If there are weekends without shows, there are opportunities to work in the Beeville shop. We cover hotel, and dinner each night while traveling, and we all ride together to and from the shows.
Sales Positions require the ability to lift heavy boxes, cannot have restrictions on heavy physical work. Must be self motivated, eager to learn, able to follow detailed directions. If you want to stand around...this is NOT the job for you. Fi****ms knowledge a plus. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Duties will include loading and packing the items, and packing the trailer for the show (at our Beeville shop), unloading at the venue and setting up the retail display which is a very physical process.
During the show you will be sales and customer service employees, representing Americana Arms and our 14+year history of outstanding customer service throughout the state of Texas.
You will be trained in the laws/rules etc that are required to sell fi***rms so you must be able to follow directions and be VERY detailed oriented. Then, after show ends, repacking stock and trailer for return to Beeville shop. Competitive Pay is based on level of experience.
