Founded in May 2025, Miko Bags is a passion project born from a love for climbing and sustainable creativity, created by a dedicated climber with over a decade of experience who hails from Korea and now calls Maryland home. Each Miko Bag is meticulously handmade, crafted from upcycled clothing and accessories sourced from thrift stores and vintage shops. From chalkbag to stem bag 🚲🧗

This custom project started with two chalkbags and a simple question:

“Can you turn these into bike stem bags?”

So I took them apart, reworked the construction, and added webbing straps across the bags and anchor points on the bottom to keep them secure on the bike. I really enjoyed the entire process!
