Regarding President Trump’s recent executive order regarding the use of dyed diesel, the announcement was made on Monday. The Treasury and the IRS are expected to decide on Saturday regarding the implementation of the executive order. Governor Gianforte’s office and the Montana Department of Transportation are also unclear on what that will look like, as they too are waiting for clarification.

At this time, the recommendation from all parties is to not make any change to your business practice.
