5986 steps yesterday and most of them were fueled by straight‑up Holy Ghost momentum because night two of Missions Conference was everything.

Let me tell you — the heart and passion for lost souls is REAL.
And here’s the part that might shock some folks:
Your mission field isn’t across the ocean… it’s across the street.

The evangelist last night is heading into the underserved areas of Chicago — boots on the ground, heart on fire, ready to love people the world forgets.

But listen…
The USA is ripe for the harvest.
Not “someday.”
Not “maybe.”
Right. Now.

So the question is:
Are you willing to plant the seeds of hope?

Good morning, my grace filled community

3997 steps yesterday — because apparently my legs said, “We’re doing the bare minimum today, ma’am.”
And honestly? Same.

But TODAY?
Ohhhh today comes with BABY ENERGY.
A whole tiny human is supposed to be at work, and I have been waiting for this moment like it’s the season finale of Jesus & Joy: The Workplace Edition. 👶✨

Now listen… I had big plans.
Pinterest‑level plans.
“Show up like the fairy godmother of preparedness” plans.But did I have help?
Nope.
Did life cooperate?
Absolutely not.
Did I still wake up thinking, “I’m gonna bless this mama”?
You bet your holy‑sass I did.

Just… not today.
Today I am simply showing up as Evalyn: Professional Baby Holder & Certified Snuggle Technician.
And honestly? That might be the most important ministry of all. 🙌💛

Good morning, my grace filled community

✨ 6572 steps yesterday and a whole revelation today.
Because let me tell you… going back to Wednesday night church last week hit me like, “Ohhhh… THIS is what my soul’s been missing.”

It’s funny — we stop doing something, life gets loud, routines shift, and we think we’re fine… until we finally go back and suddenly remember why it mattered. Why it fed us. Why it steadied us. Why it felt like home.

So yes ma’am, it’s work and church today, and Wednesday nights are officially back on the schedule.
Call it conviction, call it clarity, call it Jesus tapping me on the shoulder like,
“Daughter… you done yet?

Come on back.”Here’s to returning to the things that make us better — even when we forget for a minute.

Good morning, my grace filled community

4448 steps yesterday and I swear 90% of them were at church — because when the Lord says “rest,” He means rest with purpose. Yesterday was peaceful, quiet, and exactly what my soul needed. 🙌✨

But today?
Back to work, back to routine, and back to preparing for the next two weeks… and let me tell you, they’re about to be interesting in the best way.

This week: getting everything ready for our Mission Conference.
Next week: Mission Conference for real, and we get the honor of hosting one of the families.

I don’t take that lightly.
It’s a privilege. It’s an honor. It’s a reminder that God trusts us with His people, His work, and His love.

God is good.
And I’m just over here saying, “Use me, Lord… but also give me strength, snacks, and maybe a nap.” 😄💁‍♀️✨

Yesterday I hit 7,978 steps and checked off every single thing I wanted to get done.
Not halfway. Not almost. DONE.

Yay me — God gave me strength and I did not waste it! 💁‍♀️✨But today?
Today is REST with a capital R…
after church, because this is the day the Lord hath made, and I WILL rejoice and be glad in it. 🙌

I’ve got a few tiny things I might do… but rest is sitting at the top of the list wearing a crown and waving at me like, “Hey girl, come sit down.

”Here’s to a Sunday full of Jesus, joy, and letting my body recover from yesterday’s victory lap. ✨💛

Good afternoon, my grace filled community

3,856 steps yesterday — every one of them walked with a whole lotta grace, a whole lotta strength, and just a sprinkle of “Lord, help me keep it together.”

Today starts a new month, a new chapter, and yes… I am the ink in the pen of the Author. My story isn’t finished — we’re just getting to the good parts, the plot twist, the breakthrough, the “watch what God does next” moment.

But today?

Today is tender.
My best friend Lisa would’ve been 55 — but she’s celebrating with Jesus, probably dancing, probably laughing, probably telling Him all the things she used to tell me.

Happy heavenly birthday, Lisa.
I miss you fiercely, but I know you’re living your best eternal life. And down here? I’m carrying your joy, your sass, your sparkle, and your love right into this next chapter.

So here’s to new months, new mercies, and the people we carry in our hearts forever.
God is still good. My story is still unfolding. And Lisa is still cheering me on — just from a better seat. ✨💛
