The NFA ruling just got weird.

The seven-day hold expired.

DOJ didn’t stop it.

So now two people can walk into the same gun store, reach for the same suppressor, and one may be covered while the other may still be committing a federal felony.(why SST won't touch it yet)

Same store.

Same shelf.

Same can.

Different legal outcome.

That’s insane.

The judge didn’t kill the NFA for everybody.

He gave relief to the plaintiffs, their members, their customers, and the covered entities in the case.

So don’t let the internet make you stupid.

This is a real win, but it is not clean yet.

The bigger point is this:

They told us the registry was about collecting a tax.

The tax went to zero.

And they still wanted the paperwork.
