If you’ve never had authentic Hawaiian shave ice, here’s the difference:

❄️ Snow Cone
• Crunchy, chunky ice
• Syrup mostly sits on top
• By the end, you’re left with plain ice

• Fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth ice that’s shaved so fine it feels like fresh snow
