We are happy to offer a good selection of hand dyed wools, wool kits and punchneedle. Additionally, we have a very traditional style, evident by both our fabrics and samples. Cousin's is also well known for our large selection of batiks by top name companies. We would love to have you stop in for a visit !!

Just wanted to remind everyone that the Bellaire shop is permanently closed...

We hope to have everything from our Bellaire shop moved and set up in our expanded Charlevoix shop by the beginning of June!!!!

Thank you for your patience during our transition and we are excited to share our new space with everyone very soon!!

Cousin’s Quilt Shop is beginning it’s next chapter this Spring!! Our Bellaire location will be moving to Charlevoix. This is super exciting and bittersweet at the same time!! We have made Bellaire our home for the past 24 yrs. We have met many, many friends and grown close to so many of you!! We have lost some of our dearest quilting friends over the years. We will remember every one of these friends and hold them close to our heart’s.

As much as we don’t always like it, change is inevitable. I am so proud to say we are making this decision on our terms!! We are expanding our space in Charlevoix. We will be adding a nice sized classroom and recreating the warm, inviting Bellaire style shop in our newly added space at our Charlevoix location.

We will be vending for a large group the last weekend of March in Sebawing, MI. It is my plan that once we return from that vending job that we will begin moving everything out of the Bellaire shop. We have a super, super busy month of April ahead of us as we prepare for the Quilting Art Seminar on Mackinac Island and I need to have my my ‘shop girls’ help and full attention in prepping for this event.

May will be a short month for us, as we begin prepping for the AMISH Shop Hop which begins June 1. We will busy setting up our new space and stocking the shelves with new product.

As we begin tearing down and packing the products, feel free to stop in and do a little shopping if we are there. Contrary to what I’ve been hearing, we will NOT be having a sale.

It is my plan that this week will be our final week of having regular business hours, at the Bellaire location. Our Charlevoix store will continue uninterrupted and hope to open our ‘new space’ in early June.

We appreciate your continued support and trust in our small business!! We look forward to having you visit us in our expanded Charlevoix space this summer!!
