I posted this a while back, but Small Nation has since painted the walls, cleaned and waxed the floor and put new carpet down in the office.

I had my business in this location for over 8 years. Almost every day there were people in the building from Lima, Springfield, Marion and other nearby cities. (You get a lot of traffic from the visitors to the other downtown shops and restaurants.)

This is a smaller unit, but if you ever visited my shop, you know a lot of inventory can be displayed.

My rent was very affordable and my only other expense was telephone/internet.

If I ever had an issue Small Nation would quickly take care of it.
