Your dreams are messages from your soul. This week, we're tuning into the wisdom your subconscious is trying to share with you through a simple dream journaling practice. 🌙💭

Dreams aren't random—they're your intuition speaking in symbols, stories, and feelings. When you pay attention, you unlock clarity, creativity, and deeper self-knowledge.

🔮 What You'll Need:
• A journal or notebook (keep it by your bed!)
• A pen
• Amethyst or moonstone crystal (optional but lovely)
• An open mind

✨ Dream Journaling Practice (5-10 minutes):

1. **Set the intention** – Before bed, hold your crystal (if you have one) and say: "My dreams are clear. I remember and understand my messages."
