It’s not the longest day of the year unless you’re dancing with the sunrise! Celebrate summer solstice with us EARLY in the morning, this Saturday, June 21, at our shop at The Granary. Party starts at 5AM! We’ve got coffee & espresso, breakfast Yacht Dogs, DJ Joel Ricci spinning 45s, and the lovely Lou Lou hosting! See you there!

It’s come to my attention not everyone here in Bisonland knows about Yacht Dogs. Whoops!

This past summer, we opened a hot dog stand outside our shop at The Granary. Yacht Dogs serves Chicago-style hot dogs made with local natural grass-fed & pasture-raised beef franks & small-batch organic toppings. We have veggie dogs & gluten-free options, too!

Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, these are the hot dogs of my childhood. They bring a touch of nostalgia to my heart. I’ve personally made over 1,000 Yacht Dogs this year! It’s been a fun & lighthearted project to share a taste of Midwestern cuisine with our community. If you haven’t tried one, I hope you’ll come by tonight!

2024 marks TWENTY YEARS of Bison Bookbinding & Letterpress! Aaaand, this month is the first anniversary of opening our new shop at The Granary.

We’re so grateful to you — our community of friends, family, customers & vendors — for your love & support of our dream.

Our happy little band The Librarians is performing at the Stringband Jamboree’s Garden Twilight Series tonight at Bounday Bay. We’re sharing the bill with our friend Stephen Ray Leslie. You might wanna think about coming. Kevin dares you.

Hey pals! We’re so excited to announce the addition of Yacht Dogs to our Granary patio this summer, serving up Chicago-style hot dogs made in the PNW. What better way to enjoy our seaside view than with a Yacht Dog in hand! Our outdoor shop will be returning, as well as live music. Stay tuned for the official opening date!

Tickets for the 24th Annual Subdued Stringband Jamboree are now available at both our Grand Avenue & Granary locations! If you know us Bison folk, you know the Jamboree is near & dear to our hearts. We’re stoked to be the official in-person ticket outlet for this magical event. Come get ‘em!
