Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Company: Hylton Paper Co.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Bellmawr, New Jersey

About the Role
Hylton Paper Co. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our team. This role is primarily focused on answering incoming phone calls and performing accurate data entry to process customer orders and information.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct customer phone calls in a professional manner

Enter customer orders and account information into our system accurately

Assist with order tracking, returns, and basic inquiries

Maintain organized records of customer interactions

Provide general support to the office team as needed

Qualifications

Strong communication and phone etiquette

Accurate typing and data entry skills

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, order systems)

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

Prior customer service or office experience preferred

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
