This years Honduras crop just landed!
It comes directly from Hacia el Futuro co-op in Zapote, a place we’ve personally met the farmers and walked the fields. We are proud to pay above premium price for every pound we import.
We took this batch a little darker than usual, and the result is fantastic! It brings a real depth to the cup, allowing the sweetness to sit underneath rather than on top. It remains sweet and tart with that signature soft berry note, but now with a richer body behind it.
