Healing, for me, is about frequency.
Tuning ourselves back into harmony.

Before the physical body, there is our energetic field, our aura. The first layer that meets, feels and communicates with the world around us.

And we get out of tune all the time.

Stress. Emotions. People. Places. Experiences.
Everything carries energy. Everything has a vibration.

I walk to the water carrying very little.

A piece of paper.
A pen.
A few crystals that called to me.

And everything I am ready to leave behind.

Before I ask for anything new,
before I manifest,
before I speak my dreams into the New Year…

I make space.

I write the fears, the pain, the attachments, the old stories and everything that has finished its journey with me.

I see you.
I honor what you came to teach me.
And I release you.

This is Tashlich for me.

An ancient Jewish ritual of release, but also a deeply personal moment between me, my soul, the elements and God.

And you don’t need an ocean to do this.

Play the sound of flowing water.
Write. Speak. Feel. Release.
Safely burn the paper and return the cooled ashes to the Earth.

Water releases.
Fire transforms.
Earth receives.

I bring crystals, but I always choose intuitively. My recommendations are simply invitations, your intuition comes first.

For me, crystals have never been only about beauty.

Of course I look for incredible quality, clarity, color, formations and those magical inclusions and rainbows… but there is something more.

Energy. Frequency. Vibration.

Every crystal is a piece of the Earth, formed beneath our feet over an unimaginable amount of time. Each one is completely unique — and I believe each carries its own energetic signature.

Some crystals feel grounding.
Some bring clarity and focus.
Some feel protective.
Some open the heart.
And some simply call to you before you even understand why.
