Hi folks, sorry for any inconvenience for your Saturday. We've had a family emergency this week and are gonna need to close for Saturday, but will have all your breads and bagels on Sunday in the park.

Be patient with the crew the Sunday crew, they are making it happen without me this weekend.

Thanks again for choosing us to be your local carb dealer. We expect to be back next weekend for our regular Saturday Bagels, Biscuits & Buns.

Behind The Scenes:

Our milkbread rolls are a staple for our Bagels, Biscuits and Buns every Saturday morning. Here’s a little peek into how we make those every week. We love making the spiral rolls and make them in a variety of flavors including savory flavors every week. Be on the lookout for some new bun shapes as we start rolling out our fall menu over the next few weeks.

You can find these every Saturday morning at our Bread Studio location or Sundays while they last in Stowe park Belmont NC Farmers Market.

Did you know tomatoes are one of Chef Tanya's favorite foods?

Well now you do! Its Tomato Festival day. We've been working all week to bring you some fun tomato & bread items to celebrate Farmer’s Market Week Belmont NC Farmers Market. We used produce from Farmer Tom's produce and Plow and Plentiful along with some of our own homegrown tomatoes and herbs .

The market runs from 11-2 every Sunday through October. We notice our customers show up early and we do our best to be ready with as many breads and options as possible.

We'll see you in the park later today with a variety of breads, goodies and special tomato featured breads.
