Also update the Belmont location is closing. I am moving everything to the sanbornton location. To consolidate things and make things easier. Please bare with me during the changes. Hopefully will be back up and running within 2 weeks.

Upside to the move is. Lots more custom built 1 off guns will be available in the shop. Color case hardening will also be available in shop. And bluing is available not the little bottles from Walgreens all these other shops call bluing actual heat treat bluing with the tanks.

I want to make some things clear. The 1934 national fi****ms act was not done by atf. It was passed by congress. So all of you internet attorneys that are claiming atf can not make laws you are correct however atf didnt make this law congress did. And the only way it will actually be done with is by an act of congress a judge can not over rule congress. Doesn't matter what level they are at. With that being said ive been called a pos of s**t and an atf boot licker etc. For not wanting to put my freedom or licenses on the line and decide to wait for clarification from atf. Im not going to put names out on Facebook. But as I said in the pm. If you dont like it you are welcome to get your own ffl and sot and do whatever the f**k you want. I will do as directed by atf. Ive also talked to a few other ffl's that I trust and they agree and are doing the same. You guys also told me that there are ffl's in the area doing this already. Thats fine thats their business got to them and get your item. But be warned if atf wins their appeal if they do it you are in possession of an unregistered nfa item. And that's not a good place to be. I or Noone else knows how's they will handle that.

So here we are again internet is out at the shop thank you very much verizon. Its been in and out the last few days I get notifications when it goes out. So im doing this post from my phone. Starting today if you want to do a transfer message me and wait for a response of yes before having it sent to me. I have 16 guns that were ordered by people and sent to the shop and its backing up my system. I cant get my own business done running the transfers. Some people are just taking complete advantage of me doing the transfers. I was keeping the prices low to help people out now its just biting me in the ass. So im sorry I require a message and for me to say yes you can before you order from today on. If that does not happen and your item shows up it will be sent back to the shipper. There is no leniency on this. I am sorry to have to do this.

There are some changes going on. So for now the shop will be open appointment only on monday thorough Thursdays 10 to 6. Friday Saturday and Sunday 10 to 6 in store hrs. I will update with the big changes in about a week.

So here we are again fedex leaving a gun where they are not supposed too. With a shop thats not mine. Un real then politicians blame the guns and not the idiots not being held accountable. This is 3 times with different items. Luckily for me. Tony in smoke and v**e is a straight up guy and called me and let me know. If you need anything from a v**e shop ci**rs ci******es etc. Go in and see him. And he will take care of you.

I just want to clarify the new ruling on suppressors and sbr's. It is official that the 7 days has expired and the atf has not responded so technically all ffl's that are part of silencer co and goa or nra. Are able to transfer suppressors without doing a form 4. All they have to do is a 4473 like a firearm. However until I get directions directly from atf of how to handle this particular situation it is going to be business as usual. You do a form 4 wait for approval then when you pick up the nfa item you do a 4473. Im sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but the atf has 60 days to decide what exactly they want to do with this beyond the 7 the court gave them. Im not chancing my licenses on whether they will or will not appeal.
