Responsibilities for Lab Team Members include:
• Labeling various sizes of bottles and dispensing pre-mixed liquid into them
through the use of squeeze bottles, pumps, and syringes
• Inputting batch numbers and other data into trackers and other documents
through the use of computers
• Efficiently mixing appropriate/accurate amounts of liquid into final products using scales, syringes,
and other tools while reading and interpreting special calculators, charts, and recipes
• Documenting orders mixed, labeled, or dispensed during the day using the appropriate form(s)
• Analyzing and interpreting data from pre-mixed and/or base liquid labels
• Operating pumps, cappers, and other semi-automated machinery
Lab Team Members must be able to:
• Possess manual dexterity and fine motor skills sufficient to work quickly and safely with pre-mixed liquid, filling equipment and small parts including syringes.
• Verbally communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve and implement solutions to minor mixing issues within the lab.
• Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time - seated and standing.
• Work independently for a large portion of the day.
• Work efficiently while wearing all personal protection equipment, including but not limited to: hair nets, beard nets, lab coats, gloves, safety glasses.
• Maintain personal hygiene/cleanliness to comply with particulate counts per cleanroom certificate requirements.
• Learn and retain knowledge of the liquid(s) and its components.
• Move totes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Move/push barrel drums with the aid of a drum dolly.
• Navigate a computer system including use of a keyboard and/or mouse.
• Maintain focus and accuracy.
• Follow all lab policies and procedures in accordance with Company policy/procedure.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
