1. Items MUST be in Excellent condition, cigarette smoke, other odors & Hair Free, as well as CLEAN! VERY IMPORTANT
If your items don’t meet the criteria, they will NOT be put out on the floor and will instantly be donated. There will be NO exceptions for this

gal WHITE GARBAGE BAGS ONLY WITH YOUR NAME & CONSIGNMENT NUMBER ON THEM!!! I don’t have enough time to write on each bag, thank you for understanding
If you drop off in anything other than this, you will be DENIED drop off. (WE DO NOT provide bags) Minimum of 20 items dropped off per week and a MAXIMUM of 2 Bags
Items should go out within 10 business days, or as soon as possible, and when we have room on the floor
3. IN STYLE/SEASON/AND IN EXCELLENT TO PERFECT CONDITION AND CLEAN! This is super important. A general rule is items within 1-3 years old. If the items don’t meet the requirements they will not be taken and will be donated. NO VINTAGE items please. We will begin to be very particular about this starting on 1st January 2022
4. Garage Sale Tags are a NO go. Items with garage sale tags will NOT be taken period. Items that come in with them on will instantly become property of The Hanger NO EXCEPTIONS
5. ABOSOLUTELY NO ANIMAL HAIR! PERIOD
Any item with animal hair will instantly be donated, no matter the value of the item.
6. NO LINGERIE, BRAS, UNDERWEAR OR SLEEPWEAR etc.
7. Specialty items: MAY NO LONGER BE PICKED UP AFTER 3O DAYS
EX; hand bags with a resale value of $40 or more. FORMALS or MOTHER OF THE BRIDES AND SUITS ETC. NO LONGER ACCEPTED No holding of unsold items for consignor pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS- you do not get anything back that has not been sold.
8. PAYOUTS: must be claimed in 60 days; no exceptions. Payouts must be claimed in 60 days from the initial first updated payout date. This is why its important to regularly check in on your account. Ex; if your card was updated on 1-1-2020 it would need to be claimed 60 days from that date. PAYOUTS ARE IN CHECK FORM ONLY. Shelby is the only one allowed to do payouts. Any checks issued and “lost” will not be replaced. NO EXCEPTIONS Checks MUST BE CAHSED within 30 days. I do not send reminders, call you, or mail payout checks. This is 100% your responsibility to remember to get paid for your items.
9. Commissions: Commissions from the sale of your items is 40% of each item sold. In- store commissions: MUST BE USED IN 6 MONTHS & Check Payouts- must be claimed within 60 days no exceptions If you choose to use your commissions in store you will get “bonus cash” to spend; see chart

10. Items not sold and commissions not claimed
At the end of your 45 day time period that your items are on the floor, anything left becomes the property of The Hanger, and the store will choose what it sees fit with the remaining items (MOST get donated to locals in need) there will be no holding of items for consignor pick up. This means you will not get any items back period. We can, and have the right to do what we see fit after they run the full course through the sales floor. At any time the store owner/manager has the right to pull any items/item that are not in current Style/season/good condition or to donate the item. This means your item is not out for the full 45 days. Commissions unclaimed after 60 days of initial payout date will instantly become property of The Hanger and will NOT be issued to you. If you choose to use in store credit and do not use the balance within 6 months the money earned is also forfeit. Therefore, it’s important to regularly check on your account. WE DO NOT REMIND YOU!
11. Clothing is left at your own risk
While reasonable precautions are taken to prevent fire and theft, we are not held liable for any damage for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any given time for any reason. I have received a copy of this contract and thoroughly read and understand it. Please print Consignment
