Compass Rose is looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-minded Retail Associate to join our team in Bemidji!

This part-time position offers:

✨ 20–30 hours per week
✨ $13–$16 per hour
✨ Flexible scheduling
✨ Year-round or seasonal opportunities

Retail and customer-service experience are required. Applicants must also be available to work at least two Saturdays per month.
