Gratitude is such a small word, for everything I’m feeling right now.

Throughout this journey, I have been surrounded by so much love, kindness, patience, strength, and support. I don’t know that I could ever fully express what it has meant to me.
I am grateful every single day for my family and friends who have stood beside me, loved me, encouraged me, and helped carry me through the difficult days.

I’m grateful for my incredible medical team and for every person who has cared for me along the way.

I’m grateful for the amazing gals at the shop. You are so much more than people I work with—you are part of our family. Thank you for stepping up, keeping things going, making me laugh, and giving me the space to focus on getting through this.

And I am so grateful for our customers, so many of whom have become dear friends and truly feel like family. Your messages, check-ins, kindness, prayers, encouragement, and love have meant more than you probably realize.

There are so many people who have touched my life throughout this process, and I wish I could thank every single one of you individually. Please know that I see you, I appreciate you, and I carry your love with me.

During a time when I have needed so much from the people around me, you have all given so freely.

So today, I just want to send some of that love and gratitude right back to all of you.

Four surgeries later, still kicking ass!

Thank you to all of my friends, my wonderful family, our amazing customers and community for the overwhelming love and support over the past four months. Back in the hospital recovering from another surgery, but healing and taking things one day at a time. Dear friends, family both in Bend and around the world,
Thank you!! I am so grateful for all the love, kindness and support.

Downtown Bend is an incredible area for shopping and dining and we are lucky to be a part of such an amazing community. Wild Petals Provisions/Wild Petals Bend is unique within Central Oregon because we are the only specialty provisions shop. We are still doing our wonderful one of a kind Charcuterie Boards. Please come into the shop and place your order.

I am back in the shop Wednesday-Saturday until 2pm each day, when I leave for treatment. I have INCREDIBLE humans who work at the shop and can help you anytime from Wednesday-Saturday 10am-4pm (soon to be back to 10am-5pm)

Our customers have become friends and I truly appreciate everyone checking up on me. All of you who know me know I am horrible at remembering names, but I always know a familiar face, and will greet you with a big hug!

Our family wants to share some difficult news.

Nancy was hospitalized this week and has been diagnosed with a brain tumor. She has undergone surgery, is currently receiving care and we are taking things one day at a time.

Those of you who know Nancy, know that Wild Petals isn’t just a business, it’s an extension of who she is and how she loves this community. She has poured herself into it, into every charcuterie board and every customer. She is at the shop almost every day, making people laugh and smile and providing the Bend community with incredible, thoughtfully sourced cheeses, meats, flowers and gifts. She loves supporting local businesses and makers, and we are hoping that the community can help return the favor.

For the time being, Wild Petals will remain open, but please be patient with us as we navigate the situation. We apologize if we happen to be closed unexpectedly or if our hours change.

If you’ve ever been touched by Nancy’s kindness, her creativity, or just her presence in this town, now is a perfect time to show up for her the way she has always shown up for others. Stop in, say hi, send love, place an order, spread the word.
It would mean the world to her and to us.
