Tiny Dancer Kokanee rod factory prototype nearly completed

09/07/2026

The next era of Tiny Dancer is well on the way! This is the design mule that the factory rods will be based off of. Kokanee beware.

Oh yeah we have a factory run coming. Pre-orders will be open in a few weeks and the rods should be ready in time for spring season to kick off!

Today our 4wt 7’5” fly rod went live. Seamstress was a joy on this small water. Jess will be using it for the season and reporting back how she likes it. Excited to offer this to our customers who enjoy precise, delicate presentation on technical water.

Yesterday we delivered our first Bass rod to Louie on the Willamette, complete with a day of fishing.

A personal handoff, especially on the water is the preferred experience I like to have for our customers.

Tax Man did incredible as you can see. Reach out for yours or any other bespoke design you need.

It really surprised me just how well this rod works. It loads up, comes off the clip, fights and gets the fish to the net unlike any rod I’ve ever fished with. We had rods from Santiam, Lamiglass, Okuma, Eagle Claw and even a couple of our other Kokanee designs and the tiny guide train did exactly what we hoped. It delivered more fish to the net. And the communication during the fight was so precise. You could tell immediately if the fish was still there, and about how big. Very pleased to offer this rod to you. Cody Dickinson

Morgan Era IM6

Every once in a while you get to hold a piece of craftsmanship that reminds you why you started building rods in the first place.

This rod has spent decades doing exactly what it was built to do. My contribution wasn’t to restore it to “new.” It was simply to uncover the craftsmanship that was already there.

The scratches stayed. The memories stayed. The craftsmanship got to shine again.

Good tackle deserves to be fished, cared for, and passed on.

It’s an honor to spend a little time with one of the classics.

Thank you, , for building something worth caring for.
