The 2026 Kendall Soapbox Derby had us covering a little bit of everything—race timing, audio throughout the course, LED video, live broadcast, custom signage, cameras, and plenty more behind the scenes.

Proud to be in Eugene supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities with full AV production for their event at the Ford Alumni Center.

While Central Oregon is home, our work takes us across the state. From Bend and Redmond to Eugene, Portland, and beyond, Audio Visions Plus provides full-service audio, video, lighting, staging, and event production throughout Oregon.

We’re grateful for every opportunity to work alongside organizations making a real impact in their communities — and to help create events that bring people together for a purpose.

For Journey Church Church in the Park, we deployed 32 JBL SRX906 line array elements across four 8-box hangs, with SRX915SF subs flown on the outfill arrays and six SRX928S dual-18” subs in a cardioid configuration across the front of the stage.

A lot of PA for a big outdoor crowd—and a system we continue to trust when coverage matters.

Journey Church In The Park 2026.

This is one of those events where nearly every part of our production capabilities comes together in one place.

Our team provided full production support across the site — including a full PA system, staging and truss structures, LED video, monitors, site-wide internet, live camera production, and event support from start to finish.

One of the coolest parts of this setup was extending coverage all the way down the river for baptisms, with cameras positioned nearly 600 feet from the main production area and brought into the live show alongside drone coverage from above.

A lot of equipment, a lot of cable, and a lot of planning — all working together to make the technology disappear and allow thousands of people to simply experience the day.

Nonprofits are doing critical work every day—supporting families, feeding communities, protecting kids, providing resources, creating opportunities, and showing up for people when they need it most.

We’re fortunate to work alongside so many of these organizations, helping create events that bring people together, tell their stories, raise support, and move their missions forward.

At the end of the day, the lights, sound, video, staging, and production are just tools. What matters is what happens because of these events.

It’s a beautiful day for live music at Sunriver Resort.

We’re out on the back lawn today getting everything ready for Jeff Miller and the Congregation. If you’re in Sunriver, come hang out, enjoy some live music, and spend the evening with us.

We’re providing additional staging and bringing out a JBL SRX system with 12 SRX906s, two SRX915SFs, and two SRX928S dual 18” subs set up in cardioid.

Great music, a beautiful setting, and a summer evening in Central Oregon. Hard to beat that.

Yacht rock, captain’s hats, a packed dance floor, and DJ SEND!T keeping the party moving all night.

We had a blast providing the production for First Story’s Annual Gala and helping transform the room into something that felt completely different once the sun went down.

Events like this are some of our favorites—not just because they’re a lot of fun to produce, but because they bring people together in support of organizations doing real work in our community.

Galas. Conferences. Fundraisers. Corporate events. Community gatherings. Probably a few way-too-late load-outs mixed in there too.

The events may look completely different, but the people behind them have a lot in common.

We get to work alongside nonprofits doing real work that changes everyday lives in Central Oregon. We get to support companies that genuinely care about the community they call home. And we get to help create events where coworkers, donors, volunteers, friends, and neighbors actually want to be in the same room together.

Sure, our part involves speakers, lights, video walls, drape, stages, and an unreasonable number of cables.

But the cool part has never really been the gear.

It’s getting to play a small part in what these organizations are building right here in our community.

So here’s a bunch of random event photos that, it turns out, aren’t really that random after all.

Good people. Good organizations. Good things happening in our community.

We’re pretty lucky this is what we get to call work.
