Here we go again! 💕

We’re kicking off our Elevation Market Fall Series Vendor Spotlights, and we couldn’t be more excited to start introducing the incredible makers, creators, bakers, artists, and small businesses joining us this season.

We can’t wait to welcome back so many of our previous Elevation Market vendors and introduce you to some wonderful new faces along the way. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be highlighting the people and stories behind the booths - because supporting local is about so much more than what you take home. It’s about the people who pour their creativity, passion, and heart into what they make.

And first up… DoughChi! 🥖🍩💜

Based right here in Bend, DoughChi is an Asian fusion bakery where sourdough meets Asian-inspired flavors.

Everything is handcrafted in small batches, blending traditional baking techniques with flavors and ingredients you don’t often find in a traditional bakery. Think Asian fusion sourdough, baked mochi, Pon de Ring–style mochi donuts, focaccia, and delicious flavors like matcha, black sesame, ube, red bean, maple, chocolate, coconut and more.

While Elevation Market takes a little break, we’re so excited that one of our amazing vendors will be taking up residence in the Elevation Bend Mall alongside the Corn Dog Food Truck and Boba Tea!

Starting this morning, you’ll find Marcus serving his exceptional coffee from 6:00 AM until approximately 11:00 AM.

If you’re nearby, stop in, grab a coffee, and say hello. Not only will you enjoy an incredible coffee, but you’ll also be supporting one of the kindest, most genuine people I know.

Announcement: There will be no Elevation Market tomorrow, and we’ll be taking a short break through the hottest & smokiest part of the summer.

We’re taking this next 6 weeks to prepare for an exciting season ahead.

✨ We’ll be back in the first week of September for five weeks of Elevation before launching into our Winter INDOOR Series.

This isn’t goodbye! I’ll still be here throughout the summer, sharing weekly updates and taking you behind the scenes as we prepare for everything that’s coming next. There are so many exciting things in the works, and I can’t wait to share them with you.
