Sepay Groves Olive Oil PREMIUM OLIVE OILS & VINEGARS Sepay Groves Olive Oil is the oldest olive oil store in Solano County. We specialize in high polyphenol olive oils.

For over 15 years we have brought our clients the freshest and healthiest oils and vinegars. These are the types of olive oils not found in grocery stores. They are also the types that must be sold directly from the grower to the public to keep the oil at a reasonable price. We hand bottle all oils and vinegars on-site in small batches to maintain their integrity. Most products are bottled within a few days of purchase. We are an outlet store for the oldest operating olive oil producer in Suisun Valley. This grower produces the best Tuscan EVOO in Northern California. All of our oils are COOC approved and 3rd party tested for quality and taste. We go another step further and have them tested for health benefits. This means not only are you getting a wonderful condiment but a healthy one too. Several of our oils have gotten gold medal awards. All oils in our store are sold in the 1st year of life. If you want to learn more about olive oils and why they taste different, come in any day of the week. We are open Monday through Saturday 10am to 5:30pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm.

Grilled Articokes

Ingredients
2 large artichokes
3-4 tbsp Sepay Groves Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lemon (halved)
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
Prep the artichokes:
Cut off the top inch of the artichoke and snip off the thorny tips of the outer leaves.
Slice the artichoke in half lengthwise.
Remove the choke: Use a spoon or a paring knife to scoop out the fuzzy "choke" and the purple, prickly leaves in the center of each half.
Par-cook: Place the halves in a pot of boiling, salted water with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Boil for 20–30 minutes until the base/heart is easily pierced with a fork.
Oil and season: Drain the artichokes well and let them cool slightly.
Brush them generously with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Place the artichokes cut-side down on the grates and grill for 4–6 minutes until nicely charred.
Flip and grill for another 2–3 minutes

Simple and Delicious!
Watermelon and Feta Salad
Sepay Groves Peachy Lime with Mint Dressing
2 cups arugula
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 cups bite sized watermelon chunks

Combine the arugula, spinach, onions, and in a large salad bowl. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad mixture; toss to coat. Add the feta cheese and watermelon to serve.
