We have a total of EIGHTEEN, yes 18 cattle scheduled before the end of the year. I’m trying to keep up with the demand 🤞🤞 So don’t let me down 🐄🛒😉 More freezers just got delivered! 2 around the first week in October and 3 around the third week in October. Might have a few weeks without any but then it will pick back up consistently for the next 6 months or so starting mid/end of November. I’m taking spots at the butcher as they become available for USDA inspection.

Dinner of champions 🏆🍜🍺 The family loves the fusilli col buco noodles from Delallo. Tonight we cooked them in chicken broth and butter. It’s like Ramen noodles, but 1000% better 🤤
