🎃 The time has come to start thinking about what kind of pumpkin you want to bring to this year’s Pumpkin Glow Garden! This year we have FOUR categories to compete in.

The Prettiest Pumpkin in the Patch is for the pumpkin that’s just plain beautiful. Gorgeous carving, thoughtful details, lovely colors, beautiful decoration, or anything that makes people stop and admire it. 🌟

The Most Ridiculous Pumpkin in the Patch is for the weirdos. Silly, over-the-top, absurd, chaotic. The stranger the better. 🤪

The Scariest Pumpkin in the Patch is for the creepy, spooky, and eerie. We want to see your best Halloween nightmare fuel. 👻

And finally, Best of Glow—our special Friday-night-only award for the pumpkin that really comes alive after dark. ✨

There will be one winner in each category. Last year, each winning prize package was valued at more than $400, and we’re working with local businesses and community partners to make this year’s prizes just as special!

🍂🎃 Calling all local artists, food vendors, and small business owners! We’re getting ready for the 2nd Annual Old Town Fall Festival, and we want YOU to be part of it!

This event will bring Old Town Berea together for a full day of fall activities, shopping, and community fun, followed by the Pumpkin Glow Garden and Fall Fest After Dark in the evening.

We’re anticipating a big crowd, making this a fantastic opportunity to showcase your art or handmade creations and connect with other local businesses and community members.

A Dolly Day on Broadway was so much fun! Thank you to everyone who came down and spent the day with us. We hope you had just as much fun as we did.

Guys… it’s officially 100 DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS! 🎄🎅

Which means if you haven’t booked your Santa Experience yet, this is your reminder to get it on the calendar before the holiday season sneaks up on you. This year's set is going to be SO cute and cozy, with all the vintage storybook Christmas vibes (and an incredibly magical rocking horse).

The session fee is $35, and that includes your child’s special moment with Santa and your favorite digital photograph from the session.

It's Dolly Day, y'all! We are so excited to be doing free portraits today for our folks who come in who come in all dollied up!

A few more fun things that are happening:

Becky's Breads Berea KY has made us some beautiful strawberry macaroons for the occasion, so go grab you a sweet treat while you're down here!

Kristi Miller will be here performing some Dolly songs from 3-4pm, come see her at Mary Lou's Book Shop and then she'll pop over here towards the end!

🌟 Artisan Spotlight: Heather Pauldine 🌟

Heather began drawing before being able to write or speak full sentences. Art and Interior Design were always a creative outlet which progressed into a BA of Arts from EKU in Interior Design, Art Studio and Horticulture.

After college and years practicing Interior Design in Las Vegas, Heather got married and became a SHAM to 3 boys. Itching to use her creative talents she relocated back to Berea and began making stone jewelry while welcoming another baby boy to the family. A year later she learned the art of Macrame and the rest is history.

Heather has spent the past 6 years building upon those first few macrame knots needed to produce a plant hanger. Today she incorporates weaving techniques, loads of color, texture, raw stones, real shells, moss, driftwood, and more as she continues to learn new skills. Her business has been mostly online and has created a nice following worldwide with pieces in Boutiques throughout the United States.

Most pieces are custom requests with unique fun projects done between orders. Recently she has started to offer workshops to teach others simple and complex techniques they can use to create both functional and decorative decor.

Each workshop can be done by a beginner, they are fun and informative and great way to spend time around others in a creative calm environment. There is a lot more to her Macrame than the traditional plant hangers and neutral cords!
