This is the ending of the poem "Twigs" by Taha Muhammad Ali, spoken by Dr. Lina Qasem-Hassan at the end of the recent documentary "The Oath: To be a Palestinian Doctor in the Israeli Healthcare System." We include this poem with every one of our orders. It sweetly speaks of the horror and pointlessness of hate, saying that it will be the first thing to turn to dust in the body at the end of life.
