From 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, costumed kids can trick-or-treat at more than 80 participating shops along Fourth St. between University & Virginia.

Simultaneously, everyone can enjoy a lively, free festival on Delaware at Fourth Street featuring entertainment and seasonal fun for all ages!

What to Expect at the Festival:
    •    ✨ Magic Show (3:30 PM & 4:15 PM)
    •    🫧 Bubble Show
    •    💇‍♀️ Scary Hair station by Keter Salon (with spray color & spooky accessories!)
