WE’RE HIRING!

We’re looking for someone to join our team as an Apparel Decoration Shop Assistant.

If you’re dependable, like staying busy, pay attention to details, and aren’t afraid to jump in and help wherever needed, you might be a great fit.

No apparel decoration experience? That’s okay! We’re willing to train the right person. A good attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are much more important to us.

The hours we NEED covered are Monday–Friday, 1:00–5:00 PM. Additional hours may also be available depending on our workload and shop needs.

This is a hands-on position in a busy apparel shop, and every day can look a little different.

📢 Shop Update

Just a heads up! Jen will be out of the shop Monday, August 3 through Friday, August 7, and will return on Monday, August 10.

Caitlyn will be in the shop Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM to assist with customer pickups and answer questions as best she can. Please feel free to leave your name and phone number for detailed quotes and questions.

The shop will be closed Thursday and Friday.

If you call or email while we’re away, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible during the week of August 10.

We've been seeing a huge increase in customers sending AI-generated artwork for t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel, so it's time to clear up a common misconception.

**Just because an image looks great on your screen does NOT mean it's ready to print.**

AI-generated artwork is **generally not acceptable for direct printing** without additional work. Most AI images are low resolution, contain fuzzy or inconsistent edges, have hidden artifacts, or simply aren't created in a format suitable for professional printing.

**Artwork we can print without additional charges should be:**
✔️ Vector format (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or print-ready PDF) whenever possible
✔️ OR a high-quality PNG at **300 DPI or higher**
✔️ Sized to the actual print size
✔️ On a transparent background (if not a vector)

If your artwork requires cleanup, vectorization, resizing, background removal, or other preparation to make it production-ready, a **design fee of $25 per hour** will be applied.

This isn't just for AI artwork. It applies to **any file that isn't print-ready.**

We'd much rather spend our time producing great-looking apparel than fixing artwork. Sending print-ready files helps keep your costs down, speeds up production, and ensures the best possible finished product.

**Beginning immediately, this policy applies to all orders. There will be no exceptions.**

If you're unsure whether your artwork is print-ready, send it over and we'll be happy to take a look and let you know what, if anything, needs to be done before it can go into production.

I’m thinking about offering these but will need to order. Lead time would be about 4 weeks. They are windbreaker materials and would run around $55. Would anyone be interested? Can add other schools too!
