New Vernon shopping can be found along Mt. Kemble Avenue known as The Country Mile- Starting with the Landmark store: Wightman's Farms-
Over 80 years (since 1922) this family has been selling fresh fruits and vegetables
(homemade pies, too!) and is a local icon in the area. With a Morristown "mailing address- it is actually located in Harding Township- (New Vernon) and offers U-PICK apples (and fresh made cider) at harvest and U-PICK pumpkins along with hay rides. Fresh Christmas trees decorate the stands in December- and the stand features New Jersey wines (they are quite tasty) from The Four Sisters Winery in Belvidere, NJ. Come visit and bring the kids- they love it!
