Mamas, don’t listen when they tell you the best days are only when your baby is tiny. You’ll have so many best days, best years, best moments, that will span a lifetime. I’m learning that there is something quite amazing about teenage daughters. Mackenzie is 17, and Chloe is getting ready to turn 14. These girls are my favorite people. My days are filled with teasing, sarcasm(in the best way), help around the house, my own personal style team 🤣, late night talks, wild dreams, and those hugs? The best.

So mamas: soak up all the baby smells, the snuggles, and first smiles. And know, there’s so much in store, so many years, and things just get sweeter with time. Enjoy every moment. ❤️

Today, after they finished with school, the kids worked super hard in our very warm shop to help the team and I get orders out. They worked hard, didn’t complain, and we were very proud of them. Tonight, we had a sunset picnic and swim at our favorite swimming hole on the lake. The evening was full of laughter and smiles, and it was the perfect end to the day.

I’m at the very end of our 1-2 week turnaround right now, but over the next few days I should be able to get caught up! Thank you so much for supporting our family, and the families that work for us.

Hey! It’s Cassie, again. My next highlight is my husband, Nathan. He is… well… I get overwhelmed with emotion when I think of all he is to me, and who I’ve been blessed with. He is my soul mate. The one I love, dream with, work alongside, and raise our family with.

He is the endless researcher, the one who always bounces into the shop with a smile, the booth builder and machine fixer, the one who turns my next crazy idea into reality (and I have lots right now 😅 - just you wait), the one that embroiders with me at midnight, and the one who makes everything run just a bit more smoothly.

He’s the one who brings home baby ducks just because I’ll be so excited… knowing he’s the one who’s going to end up taking care of them, and still doing it anyway.

My youngest, Caleb, turns 11 today! Happy Birthday to this wild little man!

When Caleb is up at the shop, he trims and helps to clean up orders, snaps the buttons, and restocks our shelves. He’s also the trash collector, the kid who will quiz you on “would you rather”, and brings a happy smile whenever he’s there.

Hey! It’s Cassie again. I wanted to spotlight my Mackenzie. She is our oldest, and she’s been helping with wonderfully made since around the age of 3. She ran our checkout stand, counting change back at 5. She’s a senior this year, and I’m so proud of her. Along with her studies, she has become a student in the art of embroidery, and is very creative. If you’ve ordered from us, chances are she’s helped to make your order. She’s also been testing her skills in laser engraving as well.

She is the creator our Micah Rowe and Foster James baby sets. Made, designed, and created entirely by her, both of these sets do a great job showing off her talent of working with textures and colors.

Hey, it’s Cassie. I thought you might like a change of pace from the typical things that are made at Wonderfully Made to a little bit of our family. We are a blended family of 6, and life is wild most days. Our whole family chose a much different pace this summer. A slower one. We’ve enjoyed being home, watching new life come to our tiny farm(baby goats and ducklings have been born!), learning to take care of a garden, baking cookies together, swimming, and watching sunsets. We love creating the beautiful custom orders you place, and are so thankful to all of you that choose Wonderfully Made.
