After a few months away, Katie’s Creations is delighted to officially reopen and begin creating again. ✨

This season of pause came after a major move, followed by recovery from a severely broken wrist that required time to properly heal. While it was difficult stepping away from something I love so much, I’m incredibly grateful for the patience, kindness, and continued support shown throughout the process.

I’m happy to share that I am healed, settled, and ready to return with fresh inspiration, renewed energy, and beautiful creations ahead.

People who regularly ate higher-fat cheese and cream had a lower risk of developing dementia over 25 years, according to a new study.

The study did not find similar benefits for low-fat cheese, low-fat cream or butter. Milk consumption, whether high- or low-fat, also did not lower dementia risk.

Katie’s Creations and Karolinka Club are pleased to announce our end of the year Charcuterie Class!

Kick off your New Years Eve celebrations early with us on Tuesday, December 30th at 7:00pm!

Guests will join us for a guided Charcuterie class taught by yours truly. Reservations include all of your own charcuterie supplies to create a special star shaped charcuterie for your new years celebrations, champagne, and a delectable grazing table to snack on while you learn & create.

Space is LIMITED for this event so pre-paid reservations are required.

Reservations are $65 per person or $90 per couple (Couples will create one board together).

Attendees will make a Christmas tree shaped charcuterie board to take home for your holiday celebrations. Included in your ticket is all of your supplies to craft your very own charcuterie, Sangria, and a delicious grazing table to snack on why you create!
