Football is back and Fall is (almost) in the air! We’re going to ignore the heat wave this weekend and fire up the smoker anyway.🤣

These Smoked Cuban Ci**rs are the game day appetizer your spread needs. They have all the flavors of a Cuban sandwich… pork, ham, Swiss, pickles + mustard, all rolled up, wrapped in bacon, seasoned with Lane’s Cubano Rub and finished with Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce. 🔥

This is one of our all-time most popular cooks for a reason!

Here’s how to make ’em:
*2 lbs thin-sliced boneless pork chops
*12 oz bacon
*6 oz sliced ham
*6 slices Swiss cheese
*Thin-sliced pickles
*Yellow or deli mustard
*Lane’s Cubano Rub
*Lane’s Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce

1. Heat your smoker to 275°F. Pound the pork chops to about ⅛” thick.
2. Spread with mustard, then layer on ham, Swiss + pickles.
3. Roll tightly, wrap each one in 1–2 slices of bacon and season with Cubano Rub.
4. Smoke for 30-45 minutes, until they reach 135°F. Brush with Carolina Mustard Sauce and cook another 10–15 minutes, until they reach at least 145°F.
5. Rest 5–10 minutes, then serve with extra Carolina Mustard for dipping.
