Tong Jerky was started in 2018, but our story goes all the way back to 2010 when our founders were in college together. They would travel extensively looking for the best meat products to eat, which is when they discovered biltong -- a traditional South African meat snack that’s similar to beef jerky. By combining the best features of biltong with traditional beef jerky found in America, they were
