My doctor said I need to do more cardio, so I told him I already run a daily marathon consisting of chasing escaped goats🐐, throwing 100lb hay bales 🐎, wrestling feed bags🐔🐤, and sprinting away from a psycho rooster who thinks he owns the property. 🐓😂

This was 8 am this morning.. I assume I'll be well over 200% of my cardio goal by Sunday 😁
