I've always been a hard-working person and asked no one for anything. I'm a firm believer you work for it.
Well, about 3 1/2 years ago, I started to have bad back issues. I also have knee problems for most of my life. I have seen several doctors for my back, which finally led me to filing for disability at their advice. I have been waiting on disability for over 2 years. It has started to get worse, so the doctor has ordered an updated MRI. Problem being, no insurance and no funds coming in. We have struggled to stay above water, and to make it worse, it's right before the holidays.
I don't like asking for help, as many who know me know. It's extremely hard, but I need to get this MRI and pay a couple of essential bills. I totally understand if you can't help, but if you can, it is very much appreciated.
