There’s a hot air balloon festival coming to Lancaster County September 25 and 26. The Bird-in-Hand event will have glowing balloons, tethered rides, laser shows, food trucks and other activities from 3 to 10 p.m. The balloon glow starts around 8:30 each night, which should make for a pretty impressive view over the farmland. As always with hot air balloons, everything depends on the weather cooperating for once. It’s being held at 320 North Ronks Road in Bird-in-Hand.
