Tanisha’s Tumblers is NOT responsible in making sure you receive your order before the day of your event. Every listing has a processing time. My processing time right now is 1-3 weeks. This means it may take me 7-21 days to MAKE your order. This processing time was put in place because I work a full time position and there are an influx of orders for Tanisha’s Tumblers. Orders are processed in a first come, first serve method. There may be many or larger orders in que before your order, so that plays a factor in when your order will be made and shipped.

If you have a particular date that you need your order by, I do have a rush order fee ($30) available that you can add to your order which puts you at the top of the que. Otherwise, if you have an event, it is highly recommended that you order well in advance to avoid any potential shipping delays. There will not be any refunds given due to shipping delays or missed events starting October 28th, 2022.

Hello everyone! Remember, processing times are 1-3 WEEKS. This is a 7 to 21 day turnaround time and this does include the weekends. Your order is NOT guaranteed to be sent in 7 days, 10 days, or by the date of your party that I do NOT know about. If you need an item by a particular day and you want to make sure you get it in time, please order ahead of time or upgrade your shipping. Processing times will remain 1-3 weeks for the time being. Please reach out if you have any questions! Thanks 💜
