My Entrepreneur Story

In the early 2010s, I did a funeral pre-planning for a grandmother. She brought her grandchildren and went over every detail of her funeral. At the end, she told the grandkids, "Y'all better not embarrass me."

God blesses us with business, responsibility, and duty. If we are not good stewards of His blessings, He will take them from us. We "better not embarrass Him!"

Some owners and CEOs think they are untouchable. But we can get fired too! Customers have choices, and customers fire owners every day by taking their business somewhere else. The firing doesn't happen overnight; business just precipitously fades away... to nothing!

When you take a business risk, add this to your prayer. "Lord, after you close (or open a door), help me to accept your will". This makes the business venture LESS RISKY, because God will not lead you wrong!
