We care about this stuff.
Not because “tech debt” is a trendy phrase. Because we’ve seen what happens when years of quick fixes, upgrades, and workarounds start piling up.
The system technically works—but your team has learned all the weird little things it takes to make it work.
Don’t unplug that.
Restart this first.
Only one person knows how to fix that.
We’ve just always done it this way.
That’s tech debt.
And sometimes the answer isn’t another piece of gear. Sometimes it’s taking a good look at what you already have, what’s causing friction, and what actually needs to change.
Because at the end of the day, technology should serve people.
Not the other way around.
