Who’s ready for Dolly Day?! Downtown Leeds will be celebrating tomorrow!

We put in some late hours tonight and got so many Dolly goodies ready for you all. We even have special Blind Dates with a Book!

We’ll be celebrating all day and have free gifts while supplies last. We can’t wait to see y’all!

Jennifer & Kristia are up tonight for another round of Two Truths and a Lie.

We’ve learned a lot about our staff during this little experiment. Some of it we probably could have gone our whole lives without knowing.

JENNIFER
1. I have known Kristia since I was 12.
2. I’m an Alabama fan.
3. I have worked in the medical field for 20 years.

KRISTIA
1. I have a master’s degree in mental health counseling and worked as a counselor for 13 years before coming to the bookstore.
2. I was the first girl born in my family in more than 60 years. Now I’m surrounded by boys again: brothers, a husband from a family of boys, and four sons, including twin boys.
3. I was supposed to have been a boy, but the ultrasound was wrong (it was the ’70s!). My parents didn’t pick out a girl name until I was born.
