Ok Folks - I will announce the opening date at the end of next week. I can't thank everyone enough for your excitement and joy about Knit Bham - it's all about the JOY!!! Sun’s out buns out 🌞🌭🌞We aren’t boiling sacks just yet but this weather damn sure makes us want some crawfish🦞 🦞🦞 For the meantime we’ve got our Cajun Crawdog w/ andouille sausage, breaux bridge crawfish tails, corn & potato relish all piled high on leidenheimer french bread. For the next bit : FOOD service will be Wednesday - Saturday 4-9PM ONLY.
We are working on getting our kitchen fully staffed and have to make sure in the meantime we are taking care of our current people 🤎 (if you know someone interested send them our way! 😉)
Balance and positivity are at the heart of our kitchen with setting that tone that’s so important to the quality of his food and soul and our service.
